Weekend Seminar for Women | Saturday-Sunday, 9-10 March.
This overnight getaway is for women who are looking to find more meaning and purpose in their everyday lives.
Outline
The event starts at 4 pm on Saturday and finishes on Sunday at 2 pm after lunch. There will be talks and sessions on topics related to life and faith. There will also be a half hour session of guided prayer (or meditation) by the priest as well as Mass on the Sunday morning. You will also have the opportunity to go to confession and avail of spiritual direction.

Saturday, 09th March - Starting @ 4pm
4.00 pm: Registration. Tea / Coffee
4.30 pm: Philosophy session: "Let it Be - How to be Creative" Fr. Pat Gorevan - Priest of Opus Dei, Philosophy Lecturer in St. Patrick's College, Maynooth
6.15 pm: Evening meal
7.15 pm: Session: "Being Kind to Yourself - A Gateway to Accepting Others" Margaret Kane, Writer, Film Maker and Mammy
8.30 pm: "The Sky's the Limit (almost!)" Photos & experiences from the world's highest peaks. Marcella Dunne, Adventurer
Sunday, 10th March - Finish @ 2pm
9.45 am: Breakfast
Mass (optional)
12.00 pm: Session: "Friendship in Marriage" Sally Ann O'Brien, Scientist, Married to husband Torbjorn for 17 years.
1.15 pm: Lunch
2.00 pm: Depart
Facilities
You will have your own room with en-suite bathroom. Sheets and towels provided
All meals are provided, and you can make a cup of tea/coffee any time you wish
A full library of spiritual books available to you
You can go for walks in the beautiful grounds
Payment
The price of the event is €98, which includes meals and accommodation. As part of EU bank security, you will be asked for verification when making any payment online. For this you will need your mobile phone to verify payment when you have inputted your credit card details.
