Life is busy and the internet is a big place. We at Hearts + Minds have built a hub for Irish women to find respite, draw inspiration, and, if desired, discover community.

Inspired by the message of Opus Dei — that everyone can find God in their everyday lives — we believe both heart and mind can be lifted through ordinary, day-to-day life so as to find and love yourself, others, and God in a deeper way.

Hearts + Minds is a place for you to nurture your ideals, receive daily support, and encounter other women who feel, or want to feel, proud, confident, and joyful in journeying on their road of life towards God.

Through regular blog posts, podcasts, social media, and meet-ups across Ireland, we hope to play an important role in your faith and wellbeing. We also strive to be a platform you feel comfortable sharing with your family and friends.
